江口水电厂振摆监测系统改造及智慧应用

摘要 随着工业互联网和云边协同大数据平台建设的快速推进,对水电厂振摆监测系统也提出了新的要求。文章依据电站正在进行的智慧化站边平台建设要求,结合振摆系统现状,对系统改造进行了设计,详细介绍了上位机及软件系统、现地数据采集单元和测点升级改造方案,并提出了在系统功能上增设机组振摆在线监测数据趋势预警、远程稳定性在线监测及分析诊断和运行分析的智慧应用。改造后可提高振摆监测系统的智能化水平,助力智慧电厂建设,同时,可为同类电站的智慧化改造提供有益参考。 With the rapid development of the industrial Internet and cloud-edge collaborative big data platforms,new requirements have been proposed for the vibration monitoring system in hydropower plants.Based on the requirements of the ongoing construction of an intelligent station-side platform at the power station,this paper designs the reconstruction of the vibration system,combining it with the current system status.It provides a detailed introduction of the upper computer and software system,on-site data acquisition unit,and upgrade and reconstruction plan for measuring points.It also proposes intelligent applications,including unit vibration online monitoring data trend warning,remote stability online monitoring and analysis diagnosis,and operation analysis in the system’s functionality.The reconstruction can improve the intelligent level of the vibration monitoring system,support the construction of intelligent power plants,and provide useful references for the intelligent reconstruction of similar power plants.
