摘要
基于解决大学生内卷问题,帮助新时代大学生树立合理的竞争观、奋斗观,培育全面发展的时代新人,实现思想政治教育目标,以观察法和文献法相结合,进行“内卷”视域下大学生思想政治教育研究,对处在内卷漩涡中的大学生行为进行深入探析。结果表明:大学生“内卷”行为呈现出着利眼前趋之若鹜、无度无序脱实务虚、收效甚微身心俱疲等表征,给大学生的身心健康和社会发展带来十分恶劣的影响;其成因包括环境导向、理想信念、竞争目光、心理素质等方面存在一定程度偏差。据此,提出需要在认清内卷本质的基础上对症下药,帮助大学生走出内卷的重围,需要协同努力营造健康环境,涵育独立人格;大学生自身坚定理想信念,强化价值引领,勤于修身正心,丰富精神世界。
To solve the problem of college students′′involution′,we should help college students in the new era to establish a reasonable concept of competition and struggle,cultivate new people in the era of all-round development,and achieve the goal of ideological and political education.We should carry out research on college students′ideological and political education from the perspective of′involution′by combining the observation method with the literature method,and conduct in-depth analysis on the behavior representation of college students in the′involution′.The study found that college students′′involution′behavior showed the characteristics of′rush to the front′,′disorder out of practice′,′little effect′,and′exhaustion′,which had a very bad impact on college students′physical and mental health and social development;the causes include some deviations in environmental orientation,ideal and belief,competitive vision,psychological quality and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to identify the essence of the′involution′and find apt and specific ways to the case.To help college students get out of the′involution′,we need to work together to create a healthy environment and cultivate independent personality;college students themselves are firm in their ideals and beliefs,strengthen the value guidance,be diligent in self-cultivation and integrity,and enrich the spiritual world.
