摘要
在高校资源有限的情况下,大学生为争取优质资源而形成的非理性竞争造成了内卷化现象。具体表现为部分“斜杠青年”的虚假发展、“时间达人”的徒劳耗费以及人际交往的“五味杂陈”。由此给个体、群体乃至社会都造成一定危害,体现在压力提升诱发大学生亚健康问题、不良竞争触发劣币驱逐良币效应、过度内卷引发高校育人质量危机。对此,需要在实事求是原则的基础上厘清几个认识误区,并提出合理的应对措施。首先,充分利用大数据技术手段,建立内卷化预警机制;其次,注重思想疏导与心理诊疗双管齐下,缓和内卷化心理冲击;最后,完善物质资源和精神资源配置,降低内卷化激化风险。
When the resources of universities are limited,the irrational competition for high-quality resources among university students causes the phenomenon of involution.It is embodied in the false development of some“slash youth”,the futile waste of“time master”and the complexity of interpersonal communication.This causes certain harm to individuals and even the society,which is reflected in the sub-health problems of university students induced by increased pressure,the effect of bad currency driving out good currency triggered by bad competition,and the quality crisis of university education caused by excessive involution.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify several misunderstandings and put forward reasonable countermeasures on the basis of the principle of seeking truth from facts.First of all,we should make full use of big data technology to establish the early-warning mechanism.Secondly,pay attention to the ideological guidance and psychological diagnosis and treatment,alleviate the psychological impact.Finally,the allocation of material and spiritual resources should be improved to reduce the risk of intensification.
