摘要
血管性痴呆(VaD)已成为继阿尔茨海默病(AD)之后第二大常见的痴呆类型,其特征是记忆和认知障碍。目前,因VaD的发病机制尚不完全明确,尚无VaD治疗的统一标准。VaD是由大脑血流受阻或减少导致的,这将剥夺神经元关键营养物质,这种剥夺最终导致神经元细胞凋亡或死亡,脑组织萎缩或坏死。神经细胞凋亡是神经退行性疾病的主要病理特征之一,其在VaD的研究中也越来越受到重视。文章主要对神经细胞凋亡与VaD关系的研究进展进行综述。
Vascular dementia(VaD)has become the second most common type of dementia after Alzheimer's disease(AD)and is characterized by memory and cognitive impairment.At present,because the pathogenesis of VaD is not completely clear,there is no uniform standard for the treatment of VaD.VaD is caused by blocked or reduced blood flow to the brain,which deprives neurons of key nutrients,and this deprivation ultimately leads to apoptosis or death of neuronal and atrophy or necrosis of brain tissue.Nerve cell apoptosis is one of the main pathological features of neurodegenerative diseases,and it has been paid more and more attention in the study of VaD.This article mainly reviews the research progress on the relationship between neuronal apoptosis and VaD.
