摘要
内质网对细胞内环境的稳定起重要的作用。当内质网受到外界因素干扰,造成蛋白质加工和修饰功能障碍时,内质网腔内将会积累大量未折叠蛋白和错误折叠蛋白,产生内质网应激,继而发生一系列信号转导与细胞反应事件。目前认为,持久剧烈的内质网应激诱发的细胞凋亡和坏死是导致脑缺血再灌注损伤的重要原因。笔者对内质网应激与脑缺血再灌注损伤作一综述。
Endoplasmic reticulum plays an important role in the stability of intracellular environment.When endoplasmic reticulum is disturbed by external factors,the endoplasmic reticulum will accumulate a large number of unfolded proteins and misfolded proteins will be accumulated in the endoplasmic reticulum,resulting in endoplasmic reticulum stress and a series of signal transduction and cell response events. It is thought that apoptosis and necrosis induced by persistent endoplasmic reticulum stress are important causes of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Endoplasmic reticulum stress and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury are reviewed in this paper.
