摘要
食品安全问题是关系国计民生的重大问题,与社会和谐稳定的构建之间有着密不可分的内在关联。近年来,我国对食品安全的监管力度逐年增强,而食品安全质量监管的主要方式是进行食品的抽检工作,加强抽检工作流程和体系的健全,对于保障市场中食品安全具有一定的积极意义。本文主要分析了食品安全标准在抽检工作中的实践应用,并且就食品安全标准在抽检工作中的高效应用对策进行了探讨,希望能够为推动我国食品安全工作的有序开展提供参考。
Food safety is a major issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.It is closely related to the construction of social harmony and stability.In recent years,the intensity of China’s food supervision is strengthening year by year,but the main way of food safety quality supervision is to carry out food sampling inspection work,strengthen sampling inspection work process and system perfection,to ensure food safety in the market has some positive significance.This paper mainly analyzes the practice application of food safety standard in the sampling inspection,and the efficient application countermeasures of food safety standard in the sampling inspection work are discussed,hoping to promote the orderly development of our food safety work to provide reference suggestions.
