摘要
食品安全标准是食品安全法重要的组成部分,包括食品安全国家标准和食品安全地方标准,是唯一强制执行的食品标准。文章从食品抽检机构的角度,总结食品安全标准现状,明确食品安全标准是食品抽检的重要技术依据和理论基础,是保障食品安全、促进行业发展的重要手段,指出食品安全标准在食品抽检工作中存在的不足,建议加强标准制定的科学依据,制定更符合我国国情的科学、合理、强制的食品安全标准,推动食品产业健康发展。
Food safety standard is an important part of the Food Safety Law,including national food safety standard and local food safety standard,and is the only mandatory food standard.From the perspective of food sampling inspection agencies,this paper summarizes the current situation of food safety standards,and clarifies that food safety standard is an important technical basis and theoretical basis for food sampling inspection,and an important means to ensure food safety and to promote the development of the industry.For the shortcomings,it is suggested to strengthen the scientific basis for standard formulation,formulate scientific,reasonable and mandatory food safety standard that is more in line with my country’s national conditions.Promote the healthy development of the food industry.
