摘要
中国共产党以人民为根基、以民族复兴为己任,凝聚新思想,追寻中华民族实现摆脱贫困梦想的实现,形成了独具中国特色的、人民的、精准的、可持续的中国贫困治理方案。通过梳理和探究中国式现代化进程中绿色减贫的理论发展历程,总结“在消除贫困的斗争中孕育的共同富裕思想、在救济式减贫中推进的绿化发展思想、在改革式减贫中发展的生态保护思想、在社会主义和谐社会建设中形成的科学发展观、在脱贫攻坚中创新的绿色发展理念”,为总结脱贫攻坚成果,系统推动绿色减贫未来持续发挥效用提供理论支撑。
The Communist Party of China(CPC)took the people as the foundation,took the national rejuvenation as his responsibility,condensed new ideas,pursued the realization of the Chinese nation's dream of getting rid of poverty,and formed a unique,people-oriented,accurate and sustainable poverty control plan for China.By combing and exploring the theoretical development of green poverty reduction in the process of Chinese modernization,this paper summarizes"the idea of common prosperity conceived in the struggle to eradicate poverty,the idea of green development promoted in the relief poverty reduction,the idea of ecological protection developed in the reform poverty reduction,the Scientific Outlook on Development formed in the construction of a harmonious socialist society,and the innovative concept of green development in tackling poverty",which provides theoretical support for summing up the achievements of tackling poverty and systematically promoting the sustainable effectiveness of green poverty reduction in the future.
