摘要 介绍了熔炼因素对球墨铸铁缩孔、缩松影响的共识、争议的观点,阐述了需加强通过提高熔炼质量、优化炉料配比及浇注过程中气体排放等措施来改善球墨铸铁的缩孔、缩松倾向的观点,提出了炉料配比对铁液熔炼质量的影响。最后指出:(1)过冷度是判断铁液熔炼质量的一个重要量化指标,球墨铸铁理想的再辉回升温度在2~5℃;(2)随着铁液纯净度及熔炼质量的提高,采用过高的CE对生产球墨铸铁并没有多大的好处;(3)凡是能增加共晶后期细小石墨析出的球化剂、孕育剂及处理工艺都能减小铁液的过冷度;(4)控制好浇注过程中的型腔及金属内部的气体排放,有利于防止球墨铸铁的缩孔、缩松缺陷。 An introduction was made to the consensus and controversial views on the influence of melting factors on shrinkage cavity and porosities problems of nodular iron.The point of view that it was necessary to improve the shrinkage cavity and porosity tendency of nodular iron by improving melting quality,optimizing furnace charges ratio and gas discharge in pouring process was described,and the influence of furnace charge ratio on melting quality was proposed.It was pointed out finally:(1)Undercooling degree was an important quantitative index to judge the melting quality of liquid iron,the ideal recalescence temperature for nodular iron was 2~5℃.(2)Along with the improvement of liquid iron purity and melting quality,the use of excessive high CE was not much good for the production of nodular iron.(3)Any spheroidizing alloy,inoculant and treatment process which could increase the precipitation of fine graphite in the later eutectic stage could reduce the undercooling degree of liquid iron.(4)It was beneficial to prevent shrinkage cavity and porosity defects of nodular iron by controlling the gas emission of mold cavity and metal interior in pouring process.
