降低大功率柴油机缸体残余应力的工艺方法

摘要 分析了铸造残余应力的成因,确定了缩小高速大功率柴油机缸体在冷却过程中各部分的温度差、实现同时冷却的改进方向,并制定了控制铸件落砂温度、人工时效过程中的升降温速度的改进措施。对该铸件冷却过程进行了应力仿真分析,以仿真分析指导优化落砂温度,通过连接热电偶、测温表检测铸型温度,用盲孔法对400℃、200℃落砂的缸体铸件进行了应力检测。根据应力检测结果对人工时效的升(降)温速度进行优化后再次进行应力检测,验证结果显示:延长缸体铸件在铸型内的冷却时间,使其在200℃落砂,并降低人工时效的升(降)温速度,可以有效降低缸体铸件铸造残余应力。 The causes of residual stress in castings were analyzed.The improvement direction of reducing the temperature difference between various parts of the high-speed and high-power diesel engine cylinder during cooling process and achieving simultaneous cooling was determined.Improvement measures had been formulated to control the sand shaking temperature and temperature changing rate in aging process.A stress simulation analysis was conducted on the cooling process of the casting.The sand shakeout temperature was optimized under the guidance of simulation analysis.The casting temperature was detected by connecting thermocouples and thermometers.The blind hole method was used to conduct experiments on cylinder castings with shakeout temperature at 400℃and 200℃.According to the stress detection results,the temperature rise(lower)speed of artificial aging was optimized and the stress detection was carried out again.The verification results showed that extended cooling time of the cylinder casting in the mold,shaking out at 200℃,and slower temperature rising(lowering)speed in artificial aging could effectively reduce the casting residual stress of the cylinder casting.
