工业机器人用基座铸件的铸造工艺

摘要 介绍了工业用机器人基座铸件的铸造工艺设计,通过对铸件结构和质量要求的分析,选择合理的浇注位置和浇注系统,并增加了一些辅助连接筋板,确保铸件能够快速平稳充型,减少充型过程温降,避免充型不完整、冷隔等问题。通过将冒口和冷铁结合使用,合理设置CAE模拟分析软件参数,确保生产过程参数和模拟分析参数尽可能一致,结合使用3D打印砂型成型技术及合理的熔炼工艺,进行了铸件快速生产验证,达到了预期的效果。 The casting method design of industry robot foundation bed was introduced.By analyzing the casting structure and quality requirements,selecting rational pouring position and gating system,as well as adding some auxiliary rib plates,it was ensured that the mold could be quickly stably filled,the temperature decrease during mold filling process could be reduced,avoided defects of mold being not fully filled and cold shut.By combining use risers and chills,rationally setting CAE simulation analysis parameters,ensuring production process parameters and simulation analysis parameters to be as consistent as possible,combining using 3D-printing sand mold formation technique and rational melting process,casting rapid production verification was conducted,the desired effect was achieved.
