冷轧机五辊张紧装置被动辊测速功能开发

摘要 本文研究了铝板带冷轧机五辊张紧装置被动辊没有设计安装编码器情况,在旋转不畅时可能引起带材擦划伤,甚至造成断带起火,提出实时监测被动辊运行状态的重要性。通过研究突破高速计数器模块技术壁垒,采用接近开关和一阶低通滤波器数字模型和差分求导方法,可实现被动辊的准确测速,从而实现产品表面质量及设备安全运行稳定。 This paper studies the passive rolls of the five-roller tension device of the aluminum strip cold rolling mill is not designed installation encoders,which may cause strip scratch or strip broken to fire when the rotation is not smooth.The importance of real-time monitoring of the operation state of the passive rolls is proposed.Through the research and breakthrough of the technical barrier of the high-speed counter module,adopts the proximity switches and the digital model of the first-order low-pass filter and the differential derivation method,the accurate speed measurement of the passive rolls can be realized,so as to realize the surface quality of the products and the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
