摘要
接近开关被广泛应用在工业设备中,利用其能够感应金属的特性,可以在一些特殊场合,使用接近开关作为现场传感器,配合PLC高速计数模块及其逻辑运算功能,来检测滚轴的旋转角位移及线速度。虽然运动控制系统经常使用光电编码器来测量角位移和线速度,但是一些控制系统对测量精度要求不是很高,相比光电编码器,低价的接近开关同样能够实现控制目的。采用文章所述的方法,能够实现马达绝对位置或相对位置测量,同时还具有成本低、易安装、易维护、抗震动等特点。
Proximity switches are widely used in industrial equipment. With its ability to detect metals, proximity switches can be used as on-site sensors in some special occasions.As the field sensor, the proximity switch will coordinate with the PLC high-speed counting module and its logic operation functions, to detect the roller Rotational angular displacement and linear velocity. Although motion control systems often use photoelectric encoders to measure angular displacement and linear velocity, some control systems do not require very high measurement accuracy. Compared with photoelectric encoders, low-cost proximity switches can also reach to control purposes. According to method that described in the article, both the absolute position and relative position of the motor can be measured, and it also has the characteristics of low cost, easy installation, easy maintenance, and vibration resistance.
