摘要
胜利油田欠注井超过500口,年欠注量560×10^(4)m^(3),欠注储量2.6×10^(8)t。随着油藏的深入开发,薄差油层的挖潜,注水压力和欠注井比例逐年升高,注水系统按最高压力运行,管线及阀控压力损失大,造成注水单耗大、注入困难等问题。通过研究“水力脉冲+”复合增效节能技术,以水力脉冲技术为载体,将稳定流线激励为扰动流动,大辐提升油水剂分散效果,复合不同注入方式、不同功能化学剂、不同措施工艺,形成“水力脉冲+功能剂+区块伴注”复合增效节能模式,降低注入压力,增强功能剂利用效能,以纯物理的方式实现油田的提质提效开发,具有绿色低碳、安全环保的优势,节能效果明显,前景广阔。
There are more than 500 under-injection wells in Shengli oilfield,with an annual underinjected volume of 560×10^(4)m^(3) and under-injected reserves of 2.6×10^(8)t.As the oil reservoir is deeply developed and thin differential oil reservoir is tapped,the water injection pressure and the proportion of under-injected well increase year by year.The water injection system is operated at the highest pressure,and the pipeline and the loss of valve controlled pressure are large,resulting in the problems of high water injection unit consumption,difficult injection and so on.Through the research of "hydraulic pulse +" compound efficiency and energy conservation technology,the hydraulic pulse technology is used as the carrier to stimulate the stable flow line into the disturbance flow and greatly improve the dispersion effect of oil and water agent.By combining different injection methods,different functional chemical agents and different measures and processes,the compound efficiency and energy conservation mode of "hydraulic pulse + functional agent + block accompanied injection" are formed to reduce the injection pressure and enhance the utilization efficiency of functional agent,which has the advantages of green,low carbon,safety and environmental protection.In particular,the energy conservation effect is obvious with broad promotion prospects.
