摘要
摩阻问题是井下复杂事故的最直接原因,如何降低水平井摩阻是减少水平井事故、提高机械钻速和目的层中靶率的关键。设计了防托压工具,该工具可以降低水平井段摩擦阻力,提高机械钻速,能够解决井下卡钻、钻井进尺小的问题。现场试验表明:设计的防托压工具工作参数满足要求,可以产生预期效果,使用该工具能够降低水平井段摩擦阻力,提高水平井延伸钻进能力,并且不会对钻头或其他钻具连接螺纹造成破坏。
The frictional resistance has been the most direct cause of the down here comptex acci- dent, to reduce the horizontal wells' friction is the key to reduce horizontal wells accidents, im- prove drilling speed and purpose layer target rate. To the question, the horizontal wells Anti-Tro- psch press tool is designed. It can reduce the horizontal wells' friction,improve drilling speed,and solve the problem of downhole sticking and drilling footage small. According to the analysis, the working parameter of Anti-Tropsch press tool can meet design requirement and achieve the de- sired results. Use the tool can be able to reduce the horizontal section of the frictional resistance, improve horizontal wells extend drilling capacity, and no to damage bit or other tool connection thread.
