水力脉冲射流工具在中东YD油田的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着国内能源需求量的激增,国内石油公司在中东地区的勘探区块越来越多,但在项目运行过程中钻井机械钻速低、建井周期长、投资成本高等特点对一些区块的勘探开发形成了严重制约。水力脉冲射流钻井技术产生水力脉冲和井底瞬时负压2种效应,使进入钻头的常规连续流动调制成脉冲射流,能够提高井底净化能力和降低岩石破碎强度。在通过数值模拟分析水力脉冲射流工具提高机械钻速机理的基础上,在中东YD油田进行了现场试验,试验结果表明,在地层相同、相近工况下试验井段比对比井段机械钻速平均提高21.7%~30.9%,有较高的推广价值。 In recent years, CNPC, SINOPEC and CNOOC has ob- tained a number of oil fields abroad with the increasing demand of fossil-energy in domestic, but many difficulties are being encountered in Drilling Campaign, which are mainly due to long drilling duration and more cost. Depending on the effect of pulse jet and periodically negative bottom hole pressure, the hydraulic pulse jet tool is effective for bottom clearing and reducing rock strength. After making the mechanism of pulse jet tool clear by numerical simulation, field experiments in 3 wells of YD oilfield are done, which demonstrate, comparing with the conventional drilling, the hydrau-lic pulse jet drilling can improve the penetration rate by 21.7%- 38.1%. This technology is worth popularizing in YD oilfield.
