摘要
高陡地层防斜打快一直是钻井界面临的技术难题,而Power V系统应用于防斜打直既能保证井身质量又能解放钻压,但由于其成本高,制约了在现场的推广应用。为此,在风城1井进行了水力脉冲空化射流发生器配合Power V防斜打直现场试验,结果表明,水力脉冲空化射流发生器配合Power V系统既能有效控制井斜角,又能提高机械钻速,减少了Power V系统的占用时间,降低了钻井成本。详细分析了水力脉冲空化射流发生器配合Power V系统防斜打快的机理及现场试验情况。
Deflection control and drilling fleetly in high dip formation is a challenge in drilling field. Power V technology provides a better deflection controlling and ensures well quality effectively. Its application was restricted due to its high cost. The deflection controlling & drilling fleetly of hydraulic pulsa- tion-cavitating generator with Power V system was tested in Well Fengcheng 1. The results indicate that hydraulic pulsation-cavitating generator can help Power V technology in controlling well deflection, improving drilling rate, reducing the time of using Power V therefore the cost. The application of hydraulic pulsation-cavitating generator with Power V was introduced in detail.
