影响川东北地区深井机械钻速的原因分析与对策 被引量:22

摘要 川东北地区深井钻井存在的主要问题是机械钻速低,通过对已钻井现场资料的统计分析研究,认为影响该地区深井钻井机械钻速的主要因素是地层硬、地层倾角大、钻进方式及钻头选择,并提出了相应的技术对策,包括利用地层自然造斜规律优选井位、选用PDC钻头、采用复合钻进方式等。毛坝2井的现场应用表明,相应技术措施的应用明显提高了机械钻速,这有利于加快该地区勘探开发进程。 The main challenges to the drilling operations in the northeastern Sichuan is how to improve the low ROP. Based on the statistical analyses of field information, it is concluded that the main factors affecting ROP are hard formations, high dip angle, drilling methods and bit selection, and the countermeasures are brought forward which include optimizing well locations based on hole deviation trend, selecting PDC bits and employing compound penetrating methods. The application in Maoba 1 Well shows that above measures have increased the ROP remarkably, which should be propitious to speed up exploration and production in this area.
