摘要
万物互联时代的迭代创新模式成为企业获取竞争优势的关键所在,然而对迭代创新模式如何化解“速度-新颖”创新悖论问题仍然存在争论,现有研究对该问题缺乏理论分析且未能深入探究内部作用机理。基于互动学习视角,探究了突破式和渐进式创新型两类新创企业在迭代创新过程中化解创新悖论的互动学习机制。研究发现:突破式和渐进式创新型新创企业的互动学习演化过程是新颖型和效率型两种互动学习方式的有序组合;互动学习结果所实现的资源交换和共享影响迭代创新价值实现;互动学习的动态演化促进新创企业在迭代创新价值实现中达到创新速度和创新新颖性的动态均衡,有助于化解“速度-新颖”创新悖论。
Iterative innovation has become the key issue for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.However,there is still a debate on how iterative innovation solves the“speed-novelty”innovation paradox.Existing researches lack theoretical analyses on this problem and fail to explore the internal mechanism.Based on the perspective of interactive learning,this paper analyzes the interactive learning mechanism of breakthrough innovative and incremental innovative start-ups to deal with the innovation paradox in the process of iterative innovation.We propose that the interactive learning processes of breakthrough innovative and incremental innovative start-ups are orderly combined by different learning styles.And we suggest that resource exchanging and sharing can influence the realization of iterative innovation value.We further emphasize that the evolution of interactive learning can promote the dynamic equilibrium of innovation speed and novelty in the process of iterative innovation.
