摘要
莱芜某钢铁铸造厂原有的机器人料仓由于设计不合理,落料精度不够、上料操作困难、使用效率不高。针对这一问题,该企业与青岛城市学院合作,共同研发新的生产工艺和生产技术,设计出现代化、普适性高、高效率的料仓与机器人进行配合,实现生产过程自动上下料,极大地提高了生产效率。
The original robot silo of a certain steel casting plant in Laiwu was not designed properly,resulting in insufficient precision in material cutting,difficulty in material loading operation,and low efficiency in use.In response to this issue,the enterprise collaborated with Qingdao City University to jointly develop new production processes and technologies,and designed a modern,universal,and efficient material warehouse to cooperate with robots,achieving automatic loading and unloading during the production process,greatly improving production efficiency.
