摘要
目的探讨综合护理在乳腺增生患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年6月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院收治的42例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,根据掷硬币分组法分为参照组与研究组,每组各21例。参照组予以传统基础护理干预,研究组予以综合护理干预。比较两组生活质量及心理状态。结果研究组各项生活质量评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在乳腺增生患者中的应用可显著改善患者的生活质量及心理状态,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 42 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from March 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the coin flipping method,they were divided into the reference group and the study group,with 21 cases in each group.The reference group received traditional basic nursing intervention,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with breast hyperplasia can significantly improve the quality of life and ps ychological state of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
