CO_(2)、H_(2)S对3Cr钢静态腐蚀的影响

摘要 为了研究3Cr钢在不同CO_(2)、H_(2)S腐蚀介质中耐蚀性,对3Cr钢分别在1 MPa CO_(2)、0.3 MPa H_(2)S及1 MPa CO_(2)+0.3 MPa H_(2)S腐蚀环境中的腐蚀速率和电化学性能进行测试,同时采用SEM、EDS和XRD等手段对上述三种腐蚀环境中的腐蚀产物进行分析对比。结果表明,3Cr钢在1 MPa CO_(2)环境下腐蚀速率最大,通过对腐蚀产物进行分析,发现其表面未形成连续分布且具有致密性腐蚀产物保护膜是其腐蚀速率高的主要原因。电化学测试发现3Cr钢EIS阻抗在1 MPa CO_(2)中呈现单容抗弧,而在0.3 MPa H_(2)S和1 MPa CO_(2)+0.3 MPa H_(2)S环境中呈现双容抗弧,进一步印证了其在1 MPa CO_(2)环境中耐蚀性较差的结果。 In order to study the corrosion resistance of 3Cr steel in different CO_(2)and H_(2)S corrosion media,the corrosion rate and electrochemical performance of 3Cr steel were tested in 1 MPa CO_(2),0.3 MPa H_(2)S,and 1 MPa CO_(2)+0.3 MPa H_(2)S corrosion environments.SEM,EDS and XRD were used to analyze and compare the corrosion products in the three corrosion environments mentioned above.The results show that the corrosion rate of 3Cr steel is the highest under 1 MPa CO_(2)environment.Through analysis of corrosion products,it was found that the main reason for its high corrosion rate is the lack of continuous distribution and dense corrosion product protection film on its surface.In electrochemical testing,it was found that the EIS impedance of 3Cr steel exhibits a single capacitive arc at 1 MPa CO_(2),while it exhibits a double capacitance arc resistance at 0.3 MPa H_(2)S and 1 MPa CO_(2)+0.3 MPa H_(2)S environments,further confirming its poor corrosion resistance in 1 MPa CO_(2)environment.
