摘要
为了提高醇酸树脂磁漆的防腐性能,以干性长油度醇酸树脂为主要成膜物质,丙烯海松酸(乙胺)酰胺(APAA-EA)、丙烯海松酸(乙二胺)酰胺(APAA-DEA)及富马海松酸(三(乙胺))酰胺(FPA-T(EA))为缓蚀剂,制备了3种胺基化松香醇酸树脂磁漆,均匀地喷于预处理后的马口铁片上,然后浸泡在质量分数3.5%的氯化钠溶液中。采用了极化曲线、交流阻抗、盐水浸泡腐蚀试验及吸水率测试了这3种涂层的稳定性,结果表明:APAADEA最好,FPA-T(EA)次之,APAA-EA较差。
In order to improve the anticorrosion performance of alkyd resin enamel,the drying long oil alkyd resin was used as the main film-forming material,and acrylic pimaric acid(ethylamine)amide(APAA-EA),acrylic pimaric acid(ethylenediamine)amide(APAADEA)and fumaric acid(tris(ethylamine))amide(FPA-T(EA))were used as corrosion inhibitors,three kinds of amino-pinic alkyd resin enamels were prepared,which were evenly sprayed on the pre-treated tinplates and then immersed in 3.5wt%sodium chloride solution.The polarization curve,AC impedance,salt water immersion corrosion test and water absorption rate were used to test the stability of the three coatings.The results showed that APAA-DEA was the best,followed by the FPA-T(EA),and APAA-EA was the worst.
