摘要
在模拟油田CO2 腐蚀环境下 ,研究了含 1%Cr的N80钢腐蚀产物膜的特征 .结果表明 ,试验条件下Cr会在腐蚀产物膜中富积形成非晶态的Cr(OH) 3 .含 1%Cr的N80油套管钢CO2 腐蚀产物膜是由FeCO3 晶体与Cr(OH) 3混合构成 ,导致腐蚀产物膜具有阳离子选择性 ,使阳极反应受到抑制 ,腐蚀速率降低 .腐蚀介质中的阴离子会穿过FeCO3 晶体到达膜与基体界面 ,腐蚀基体金属 ,导致点蚀发生 .
While simulating the CO 2 corrosion environment in oilfield,the characteristics of CO 2 corrosion scales on 1%Cr-containing N80 steel were studied.The results demonstrated that Cr could be enriched in corrosion scales forming amorphous compound Cr(OH) 3 and the corrosion scale is composed of Cr(OH) 3 and FeCO 3 crystals,that make the corrosion scale has the character of cation-selectivity and as a result the anodic reactions could be suppressed and corrosion rate be reduced.However anions in corrosion electrolyte still can penetrate the FeCO 3 crystal and get to the interface between matrix and corrosion scale,which can lead to formation of pitting.
