摘要
肿瘤是临床疑难重症疾病,中医药治疗肿瘤疾病具有其独特的优势。高社光教授是全国第四、五、六批老中医药学术经验工作指导老师,临床工作近50年,形成了一套完整的辨证治疗肿瘤及相关疾病的诊疗思想,临床疗效显著。文章从以下五个方面介绍高社光教授治疗肿瘤病及相关疾病的思想及用药经验:①审因论治,重视整体辨证,从心肝、脾胃等脏腑角度治疗肿瘤;②有的放矢,以人为本,反对滥用补法、攻法,反对见瘤单治瘤;③明确肿瘤产生的本质,根据辨病、辨证的思路选择恰当的抗肿瘤中药,且药味数量越少越好,药味重量要恰如其分;④积极运用综合手段治疗肿瘤;⑤分享笔者运用高社光教授的经验有效治疗甲状腺肿瘤术后相关疾病案例一则。
Tumor is a difficult and severe disease in clinical practice,and TCM medicine has its unique advantages in treating tumor diseases.Professor GAO Sheguang is the instructor of the country’s old academic experience in TCM.His clinical work has lasted for nearly 50 years,and he has formed a complete set of diagnostic and therapeutic thought for the treatment of tumors and related diseases based on syndrome differentiation,with remarkable effects.This article introduces Professor GAO Sheguang’s thought and experience in the treatment of cancer and related diseases from the following five aspects.Paying attention to the overall syndrome differentiation,treating tumors from the perspective of heart,liver,spleen and stomach.Opposing the abuse of tonifying methods and attacking methods,and opposing the thought of treating tumors only.Clarifing the nature of tumor,selecting the appropriate anti-tumor TCM medicine,and the less the number of drugs,the better,the weight of drugs should be appropriate.Actively using comprehensive methods to treat tumors.Sharing Professor GAO Sheguang’s experience to effectively treat one case of thyroid tumor related diseases after surgery.
