摘要
目的探讨晚期消化道肿瘤患者应用中医辨证治疗的效果。方法选择2018年5月至2020年11月乌鲁木齐市中医医院收治的晚期消化道肿瘤患者70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组接受常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上接受中医辨证治疗,对患者治疗前及治疗2周后的生活质量评分、分化簇3(CD3)、分化簇4(CD4)、分化簇8(CD8)、CD4/CD8、自然杀伤细胞(NK)的变化情况及不良反应发生率情况进行观察。结果治疗前,两组患者的各项生活质量评分、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、NK比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,试验组的各项生活质量评分优于对照组,CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK显著提升,CD8显著降低,并且试验组的不良反应总发生率明显较低,相较于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期消化道肿瘤患者应用中医辨证治疗具有良好的效果,不仅能够有效提升患者的各项生活质量、CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK,同时能够降低不良反应总发生率与CD8。
Objective To explore the effect of dialectical treatment of TCM on patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors.Methods A total of 70 patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors admitted to Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to November 2020 were divided into two groups by a random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received dialectical treatment of TCM on the basis of the same treatment of the control group.The changes in quality of life scores,cluster of differentiation 3(CD3),cluster of differentiation 4(CD4),cluster of differentiation 8(CD8),CD4/CD8,natural killer cells(NK)before and after 2 weeks of treatment as well as the incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the patients'quality of life scores,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,NK(P>0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,the quality of life scores in the experimental group was better than the control group,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,NK in the experimental group significantly increased,and CD8 significantly decreased.The total incidence of ADRs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dialectical treatment of TCM in patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors exerts a good effect.It can not only effectively increase the patients'quality of life,CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,and NK,but also decrease the total incidence of ADRs and CD8.
