摘要
目的对胃肠道肿瘤中西医结合治疗的临床效果与安全性进行分析和介绍。方法选择该院在2016年7月—2017年9月期间收治的40例胃肠道肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照患者的病历单双号将其随机的划分为对照组和观察组,每组20例患者,采用5-氟尿嘧啶+奥沙利铂治疗对照组患者,采用紫杉醇+顺铂联合参一胶囊治疗观察组患者,对两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应进行比较和分析。结果对照组达到了75.0%的稳定率和35.0%的有效率;观察组达到了90.0%的稳定率和45.0%的有效率。两组患者的有效率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.785,P>0.05),稳定率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.561,P<0.05)。对照组达到了15.0%的生活质量升高率,观察组达到了35.0%的生活质量升高率。两组患者生活质量升高率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.592,P<0.05)。对照组中共计有15例消化道反应,占75.0%的比例,9例骨髓抑制反应,占45.0%的比例,9例贫血,占45.0%的比例;观察组中共计有11例消化道反应,占55.0%的比例,6例骨髓抑制反应,占30.0%的比例,5例贫血,占25.0%的比例。两组患者在不良反应发生率方面差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.851,7.728,11.552,P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇+顺铂联合参一胶囊治疗胃肠道肿瘤患者具有很好的治疗效果,而且不良反应较低,值得在临床上予以进一步的推广和应用。
Objective To analyze and introduce the clinical effect and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for gastrointestinal tumors.Methods We selected 40 patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to September 2017.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to their medical records.Each group had Twenty patients were treated with 5-fluorouracil + oxaliplatin in the control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with paclitaxel + cisplatin combined with Shenyi Capsule.The clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The control group achieved a stability rate of 75.0% and an effective rate of 35.0%;the observation group achieved a stability rate of 90.0% and an effective rate of 45.0%.The difference in the efficiency of the two groups was not significant (χ^2=2.785,P>0.05),and the stability rate was significantly different (χ^2=12.561,P<0.05).The control group achieved a 15.0% increase in quality of life,and the observation group achieved a 35.0% increase in quality of life.There was a significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups (χ^2=8.592,P<0.05).There were 15 cases of digestive tract reaction in the control group,accounting for 75.0%,9 cases of myelosuppression,accounting for 45.0%,9 cases of anemia,accounting for 45.0%;there were 11 cases of digestive tract reaction in the observation group.Accounted for 55.0%,6 cases of myelosuppression,accounting for 30.0%,5 cases of anemia,accounting for 25.0%.There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ^2=10.851,7.728,11.552,P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel + cisplatin combined with Shenyi Capsule has a good therapeutic effect on patients with gastroin testinal tumors,and the adverse reactions are low.It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
