摘要
目的:针对消化道肿瘤化疗患者给予柴胡桂枝汤治疗,观察其对化疗后不良反应预防与改善作用。方法:病例纳入时间为2018年1月-2019年1月,均为因消化道肿瘤到我院接受治疗的患者,共计60例,不良反应常规处理组(对照组)、柴胡桂枝汤治疗组(观察组)均为30例,对比两组效果。结果:两组间外周血血象相关指标对比,治疗前无显著差异,治疗后观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组总有效率差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);全身不良反应对比观察组均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡桂枝汤应用于消化道肿瘤化疗患者对于稳定外周血象、减少化疗不良反应的发生作用显著,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:The Chaihu Guizhi decoction(柴胡桂枝汤)was given to the patients with gastrointestinal tumors after chemotherapy,and its preventive and ameliorating effects on adverse reactions were observed.Methods:60 cases were selected,and 30 cases took conventional treatment(the control group)and the others were given the Chaihu Guizhi decoction(the observation group).Results:After treatment,the indicators in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the groups showed a significantly different(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly fewer than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chaihu Guizhi decoction on gastrointestinal tumors after chemotherapy shows significant effects on peripheral blood picture and reducing adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and is worthy of clinical reference.
