摘要
对处于主斜井以及主运输大巷中的带式输送机展开了智能化控制系统的优化改造设计,并将优化后的控制系统应用到了工程实际中。结果表明,该智能化控制系统在运行的过程中十分稳定,增加了带式输送机的整体工作效率,在减少设备电力消耗的同时,又保障了煤矿井下的安全生产,为企业提高了经济收益。
The optimized design of the intelligent control system was carried out for the belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft and the main transportation tunnel.The results show that the intelligent control system is very stable in operation,increases the overall efficiency of the belt conveyor,reduces the power consumption of the equipment while ensuring the safe production in the coal mine,and improves the economic profit for the enterprise.
