摘要
以煤矿领域现阶段的远距离信号传输装置为依托,介绍了一种采用以太网和CAN现场总线为传输手段的胶带输送机远距离通信设备,并分析了远距离综合信号打点装置的硬件电路及软件设计思路。该套设备可以有效解决传统信号打点设备线路某点出现故障而导致整体系统通信不畅的问题,保证了井下远距离皮带可靠的开停机信号,也保障了皮带维护人员的人身安全。
Based on the long distance signal transmission device in coal mine field, a kind of long distance communication equipment of belt conveyor using Ethernet and CAN field bus as transmission means is introduced. The hardware circuit and software design idea of long distance integrated signal management device are analyzed. This set of equipment can effectively solve the problem of the failure of the traditional signal management equipment line,which leads to the poor communication of the whole system, ensures the reliable opening and stopping signal of the underground long distance belt, and also guarantees the personal safety of the belt maintenance personnel.
