摘要
针对煤矿井下胶带输送机采用传统方式控制操作时自动化程度低、故障率高、能耗大等问题,提出一种胶带输送机远程智能集中控制系统设计方案,该控制系统主要由集中控制系统、PLC就地控制系统、关键结构件故障诊断与报警系统、煤流监测系统等组成,主要采用PLC+上位机控制模式,融合智能调速技术和网络通讯技术。现场应用结果表明:该控制系统不仅可以有效降低胶带输送机故障率,提高设备运行效率,而且可减少人员投入和电力损耗,节约生产成本。
According to the problems of low automation,high fault rate and high energy consumption of coal mine belt conveyor,a belt conveyor remote intelligent centralized control system design scheme.The control system is mainly composed of centralized control system,PLC local control system,key structural component fault diagnosis and alarm system,coal flow monitoring system,mainly using PLC and upper machine control mode,integrating intelligent speed control technology and network communication technology.Field application results show that the control system can not only effectively reduce the failure rate of the belt conveyor,improve the operation efficiency of the equipment,but also reduce the personnel input and power loss,and save the production cost.
