摘要
以某煤矿矿用带式输送机控制系统为研究对象,介绍了一种矿用带式输送机控制系统设计优化方案。该方案在原控制系统基础上,增加了现场监控元件和PID控制器。通过利用现场监控元件采集到的数据进行分析,自动判断带式输送机的运行状态,生成并发送相应的控制指令,以此调节带式输送机的运行状态,提升其运行效果。该优化方案为煤矿生产工作的开展打下了良好基础,并确认其具有一定的应用价值。
Taking the control system of mining belt conveyor in a coal mine as an example,a design optimisation scheme of mining belt conveyor control system is introduced.On the basis of the original control system,the programme adds on-site monitoring elements and PID controller.By analysing the data collected by the on-site monitoring element,it automatically determines the running status of the belt conveyor,generates and sends corresponding control instructions,so as to regulate the running status of the belt conveyor and improve its running effect.This optimisation scheme lays a good foundation for the development of coal mine production and confirms that it has certain application value.
