摘要
针对某矿综采工作面运输系统缺乏有效监测手段,依靠人工目视无法集中控制运输设备,影响生产效率的情况设计了一种智能全煤流双集控云台监控系统,并详细分析了系统的功能。在硬件方面,对系统分站控制器及上位机进行选型设计,设计了一种皮带运输机煤料检测方法;在软件方面,设计了系统主程序工作流程图。监控系统的应用,提高了煤流系统的自动化与智能化,节约了劳动力成本与皮带运输机消耗成本,为企业带来了可观的经济效益与社会效益。
In the transportation system of fully mechanized mining face,lacking effective monitoring methods and relying on manual visual inspection,centralized control of the transportation equipment cannot be realized,which affects production efficiency.An intelligent full-coal flow dual-centralized PTZ monitoring system was designed in a mine and its functions were analyzed in detail.In terms of hardware,the system sub-station controller and host computer were selected,and the coal detection method for belt conveyor was designed;in terms of software,the main program workflow was designed.The application of the monitoring system improved the automation and intelligence of the coal flow system,saved the labor cost and the consumption cost of the belt conveyor,and brought considerable economic and social benefits to the enterprise.
