摘要 针对不规则煤场料堆体积和质量测量的技术难题,提出了基于激光三维测量获取煤场料堆表面三维点云的测量原理,依据相邻关系对点云排序,运用Delaunay改进型三角剖分三维重构算法拟合三维曲面,进而计算出煤场料堆体积和质量。同时设计开发了基于激光三维扫描的不规则煤场测量系统硬件、控制软件以及Web应用程序,实现了系统对料堆的激光三维自动测量、三维重构、体积和质量计算、测量结果的远程访问与维护。 According to the very difficult technical problem of the irregular material pile volume and quantity in the coal storage yard, the paper provided the measuring principle of the surface 3D point cloud of the material pile in the coal storage yard base on the laser 3D measurement. The volume and quantity of the material piles in the coal storage yard were calculated with the 3D camber draw up by the Delaunay improved triangle cross section 3D duplicated calculation and base on the adjacent relationship to the point cloud sequence. Meanwhile, the measuring system hardware, control software and Web applied program for irregular coal storage yard were designed and developed base on the laser 3D scanning. The system could have the laser 3D auto measuring, 3D duplicated structure, volume and quantity calculation, remote visit of the measurement results and maintenance of the material piles.
