摘要
针对为了解决工作面顺槽地质条件起伏变化而造成的漏煤问题而研制的一种缓冲架伸缩装置,详细阐述缓冲架伸缩装置的结构、工作原理、特点。该装置的应用可使得煤料依次通过转载机机头、缓冲架、伸缩挡板、皮带机自移机尾,完成运煤操作,运煤过程中无间隙,不会出现漏煤的情况。
Aiming at the coal leakage problem caused by the fluctuation of geological conditions in the working face,a buffer frame telescopic device is developed,and the structure,working principle and characteristics of the buffer frame telescopic device are described in detail.The application of the device can make the coal material in turn through the transfer machine head,buffer frame,telescopic baffle,belt machine self-moving machine tail,complete the operation of coal transportation,there is no gap in the process of coal transportation,there will be no coal leakage.
