摘要
大跨距桥式胶带转载机在使用时,中间架有时会出现塌折现象。依据大跨距桥式胶带转载机的结构特征,采用经典力学理论,对中间架进行受力分析,得出桥式胶带转载机中间架塌折的主要原因为偏载弯矩所致,并提出了相应的预防措施。
It may occur collapse and fold accidents on intermediate frame when using large span bridge belt transfer machine. Based on the structure characters of large span bridge belt transfer machine, using the theory of classical mechanics, the stress of intermediate frame was analysed. The conclusion was drawn that the main reason for collapse and fold accidents on intermediate frame is the dynamic load caused by bending moment, the corresponding countermeasures were also proposed.
