摘要
大型会展中心造型优美,采用外观轻盈飘逸金属屋盖系统,而金属屋盖系统需大跨度异形双曲钢桁-网架结构来支撑。因此,提出一种大跨度异形双曲钢桁-网架结构设计与施工创新方法,以达到确保质量、生产安全、降低成本、缩短工期、提高效益的目的。结合石河子会展中心项目大跨度异形双曲钢桁-网架结构施工,对系统结构设计、模拟计算、BIM建模、装配式吊装施工、整体顶升施工等关键技术进行全过程介绍与分析。
The large exhibition center has a beautiful shape,and its architectural aesthetics presents a light and elegant metal roof system,which needs a large-span special-shaped hyperbolic steel truss-grid structure to support.Therefore,an innovative method for the design and construction of large-span special-shaped hyperbolic steel truss-grid structure is created to ensure quality,production safety,save costs,shorten construction period and improve efficiency.Combined with the construction of large-span special-shaped hyperbolic steel truss-grid structure in Shihezi Exhibition Center project,the whole process of key technologies such as system structure design,simulation calculation,BIM modeling,prefabricated hoisting construction,and integral jacking construction is described and analyzed.
