摘要
推进环境监测和环境保护时,土壤环境监测是重要内容。开展对土壤环境的监测可明确掌握土壤环境状况和污染程度,为后续的环境保护及污染治理提供依据。在土壤环境监测过程中,现场采样与实验室分析均是重中之重,且实际操作时会遇到不少问题及困难,因而,相关人员必须有效落实现场采样与实验室分析工作,同时确保质量。本文首先提出土壤环境监测中现场采样的应用,包括四点:一是收集现场资料,二是确定布点数量与采样点位,三是多举措控制采样质量,四是严格控制样品流转。然后提出实验室分析在土壤环境监测中的应用,包括四点:一是重视样品制备,二是落实样品分析准备环节,三是准确度的控制,四是精密度的控制。
When promoting environmental monitoring and environmental protection,soil environmental monitoring is an important content,which can clearly grasp the soil environment and pollution degree,and provide basis for subsequent environmental protection and pollution control.In the process of soil environmental monitoring,field sampling and laboratory analysis are the top priority,and many problems and difficulties will be encountered in the actual operation.Therefore,field sampling and laboratory analysis must be effectively implemented,while ensuring the quality.This paper first proposes the application of field sampling in soil environmental monitoring,including four points:first,collecting field data,second,determining the number and location of sampling points,third,taking multiple measures to control sampling quality,and fourth,strictly controlling sample flow;Then the application of laboratory analysis in soil environmental monitoring is proposed,including four points:first,attach importance to sample preparation,second,do a good job in the preparation of sample analysis,third,accuracy control,and fourth,precision control.
