摘要
衍生方法广泛应用于草甘膦的液相检测中。通过对《水质草甘膦的测定高效液相色谱法》(HJ 1071—2019)、《土壤和沉积物草甘膦的测定高效液相色谱法》(HJ 1055—2019)、《进出口食品中草甘膦残留量的检测方法液相色谱-质谱/质谱法》(SN/T 1923—2007)3份不同标准中草甘膦衍生条件的对比试验发现,衍生条件存在操作时间长、成本较高、衍生效果不理想等问题。使用实验室常用的加热仪器(水浴锅、烘箱),对衍生反应过程进行优化,获得了实验室统一的衍生前处理条件。该衍生方法操作时间短、效果好,可为日常大规模样品的环境监测提供技术支持。
Derivative methods are widely used in the liquid phase detection of glyphosate.Through comparative experiments on the derivation conditions of glyphosate in three different standards:“Determination of glyphosate in water quality by high-performance liquid chromatography”(HJ 1071-2019),“Determination of glyphosate in soil and sediment by high-performance liquid chromatography”(HJ 1055-2019),and“Determination of glyphosate residues in imported and exported foods by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry”(SN/T 1923-2007),it was found that the derivation conditions have long operation time and high cost Issues such as unsatisfactory derivative effects.The derivation reaction process was optimized using commonly used heating instruments in the laboratory(water bath,oven),and a unified derivation pretreatment condition was obtained in the laboratory.This derivative method has a short operating time and good effect,and can provide technical support for daily environmental monitoring of large-scale samples.
