摘要
建立了气质联用法测定鞋用合成材料中苯酚和双酚A的分析方法,以甲醇为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取法提取鞋用合成材料中的苯酚和双酚A,优化了仪器分析条件和样品前处理条件。结果表明:本方法苯酚和双酚A的检出限分别为1.5 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg,加标回收率为92.2%~99.7%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~7.1%。市售80批次鞋用合成材料样品中共有10批次检出苯酚或双酚A(检出率12.5%),本方法仪器分析时间短,回收率高,重复性好,结果可靠,适用于鞋用合成材料中苯酚和双酚A的检测。
An analytical method for the determination of phenol and bisphenol A in synthetic footwear materials by GC-MS was established.Methanol was used as the extraction solvent and ultrasonic extraction was used to extract phenol and bisphenol A in synthetic materials,the instrument analysis conditions and sample pretreatment conditions were optimized.The results show the detection limit is 1.5 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg,the recoveries range from 92.2%to 99.7%,standard deviation is at the range of 2.9%~7.1%.A total of 10 batches of 80 batches of synthetic material samples for footwear are found in the commercial samples(detection rate is 12.5%).The method has short analytical time,high recovery,good repeatability and reliable results,and is suitable for the detection of phenol and bisphenol A in synthetic materials for footwear.
