摘要
针对电缆过度挤压、磨损、掉道等问题,在分析采煤机电缆实际工作条件的基础上,设计了采煤机自动拖缆装置,并对其结构和工作原理进行了分析;明确了对系统的设计原理和需求,并对煤矿井下电缆的自动拖拽控制系统进行了方案设计。
In response to the problems of excessive compression,wear,and falling of cables,based on the analysis of the actual working conditions of the cables of the coal mining machine,an automatic cable towing device for the coal mining machine was designed,and its structure and working principle were analyzed;Clarified the design principles and requirements for the system,and designed a scheme for the automatic drag control system of underground cables in coal mines.
