摘要
为了解决智能综采工作面采煤机往复开采过程中电缆夹频繁折叠脱槽需人工多次干预的难题,分析了采煤机电缆夹脱槽故障产生的原因,设计了综采工作面采煤机自动拖缆装置,介绍了自动拖缆装置的整体结构组成,并阐述了自动拖缆装置的液压系统设计和控制系统。搭建了采煤机电缆自动拖缆装置试验台,并对自动拖缆装置进行了可行性验证,验证结果表明,自动拖缆装置能够实现拖缆装置的自动运行、手动调节、故障紧急停车预警等模式,满足自动拖缆技术要求,对推动煤矿工作面常态化无人开采具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problem of frequent folding and jumping from slot of cable clamps during the reciprocating mining process of shearer in intelligent fully mechanized mining face and required frequent manual intervention,the causes of cable clamps jumping from slot were analyzed.On the basis,an automatic cable towing system for shearer of fully mechanized mining face was designed,the overall structure and composition of the automatic cable towing system were introduced,and its hydraulic system design and control system were expounded.A test bench for the automatic cable towing system of shearer was built,and the feasibility of the automatic cable towing system was verified.The verification showed that the automatic cable towing system could achieve automatic operation,manual adjustment,fault emergency stop warning and other modes of the cable towing device,meeting the requirements of automatic cable towing technology,which was of great significance for promoting the normalization of unmanned mining in coal mining working faces.
