摘要
在“双碳”目标的需求下,能源绿色转型迫不及待,太阳能可再生清洁能源得到大力推广,太阳能光伏发电项目数量与日俱增。EPC工程总承包模式作为工程项目建设中的一种主流工程发包方式,既可以保证建设方对风险的控制,还可以保障EPC工程总承包方便于控制实际工程项目的质量、造价和进度。合同管理作为新能源项目建设管理的重要一环,改善其管理质量便能助力提升项目管理效果,保证新能源项目工程建设的良好进展,为企业取得经济效益最大化提供保障。
Under the demand of the"two carbon"target,the green transformation of energy is urgent.The solar renewable clean energy has been vigorously promoted and the number of solar photovoltaic power generation projects is increasing day by day.EPC project general contracting mode,as a mainstream project contracting mode in project construction,can not only ensure the risk control of the builder,but also ensure that EPC project general contracting is convenient to control the quality,cost and progress of actual project.Contract management is an important part of construction management of new energy projects.Improving the quality of contract management can help to improve the effect of project management,ensure the good progress of construction of new energy projects and guarantee the maximum economic benefits for enterprises.
