摘要
EPC总承包模式是国际常采用的工程发包方式,在国内也呈现出良好的发展势态,但当前整体上还处在发展阶段。由于对EPC总承包模式的认知不足,以及专业技术人员的管理经验尚欠缺,极易造成履约风险,因此有必要对EPC总承包模式下的潜在风险因素进行分析。对此,文章首先分析了EPC总承包单位承担风险的主要类型,然后结合风险评估方法,提出了基于EPC总承包模式的工程项目风险应对策略,研究成果可为相关工作人员提供参考。
EPC general contracting mode is a commonly used project contracting mode in the world,which also shows a good development trend in China,but it is still in the development stage as a whole.Due to the lack of cognition of EPC general contracting mode and the lack of management experience of professional and technical personnel,it is easy to cause contract performance risks.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the potential risk factors under EPC general contracting mode.In this regard,this paper first analyzes the main types of risks undertaken by EPC general contracting units,and then puts forward a project risk response strategy based on EPC general contracting mode combined with the risk assessment method.The research results can provide references for relevant staff.
