摘要
为深入了解EPC总承包模式在我国实施过程中存在的障碍,以现存问题为导向进行障碍因素分析对于该模式的进一步推广应用具有重要意义。基于扎根理论研究方法通过对相关非技术性文献及深度访谈记录进行编码,得出EPC外部环境障碍、EPC总承包主体障碍、EPC项目管理障碍和EPC组织管理障碍4个主范畴及11个副范畴,构建出EPC总承包模式的实施障碍关系模型,并从企业发展与政策环境两方面提出针对性的建议,为EPC总承包模式在我国的高质量实施提供理论依据。
In recent years,with vigorous advancement of the EPC general contracting model in engineering projects,increasingnumber of companies have developed EPC general contracting services.However,there are still a few problems in theimplementation of this model in our nation.It is of great significance for the further promotion and application of this model toanalyze the existing obstacle factors.Based on the Grounded Theory,this paper has coded related non-technical literature andin-depth interview records.As a result,4 main categories were obtained,including EPC external environmental obstacles,EPCgeneral contractor obstacles,EPC project management obstacles,and EPC organization management obstacles.Additionally,thebarrier relationship model of EPC general contracting model in our nation were constructed.
