摘要
研究列车牵引变流模块IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管)的服役特性,了解其性能退化规律,对确定牵引变流模块合理检修周期具有重要意义,也是保障牵引变流模块安全稳定运行的关键。从器件结构角度分析了列车牵引变流模块IGBT热应力失效、电应力失效和湿度应力失效3种模式的失效机理;对上海轨道交通17号线列车牵引变流模块IGBT的电性能和热性能退化评估发现,IGBT的电性能和热性能都存在一定程度退化;根据评估结果提出了可靠性提升措施及检修策略:清理牵引变流模块的散热器风道;在牵引变流器柜内增加干燥剂;每日投入运营前,先对IGBT进行小功率预热;列车运行里程达100万km时,对IGBT再次进行性能评估。
Studying the service characteristics of IGBT traction converter module on train,understanding its performance degradation laws,and determining a reasonable overhaul cycle for the traction converter module are of great significance and are key to ensuring the safe and stable operation.From the perspective of device structure,failure mechanism of IGBT traction converter module thermal stress failure,electrical stress failure and humidity stress failure is analyzed.The degradation of electrical and thermal performance of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 17 IGBT traction converter module is evaluated.Reliability improvement measures and maintenance strategies are proposed according to the assessment results,including cleaning the heat dissipation ducts of the traction converter module,adding desiccants in traction converter cabinet,conducting low-power preheating of IGBT before daily operation,and re-evaluating IGBT performance when train operation mileage reaches 1,000,000 km.
