摘要
需研究一套针对服役已近末期的地铁车辆铝合金车体的服役寿命评估体系,通过合理且准确的评估,决定是延寿使用还是到期报废。以上海轨道交通01A01型列车车辆铝合金车体为例进行分析。收集了该类车辆车体裂纹数据,并将裂纹发生的位置划分为4个关键区域;对出现裂纹的车体,通过改变结构、裂纹补焊、对裂纹区域补强或补修等方案对车体裂纹进行处理;分别基于EN 1999-1-3:2011和BS 7910:2005对4个关键区域的原车体使用寿命和补强或补修后车体剩余寿命进行了评估。评估结果表明,通过改变结构、裂纹补焊、对裂纹区域进行补强或补修处理,能够延长车体的服役寿命。基于两个标准的两维度评估方法确定:原车体的使用寿命为26年,补强或补修后车体的剩余寿命为9年。
It is necessary to develop a service life evaluation system specially for metro vehicle aluminum alloy carbody approaching service life ending.Through reasonable and accurate evaluation,decisions regarding service life extension or retirement upon expiration can be made.Analysis is carried out taking Shanghai Rail Transit 01A01-type train aluminum alloy carbody as study case.Crack data of the mentioned carbody is collected,and the locations of crack occurrences are categorized into four key areas.For carbody with cracks,various measures are implemented,such as structural modifications,crack repair welding,reinforcement or repair of the cracked areas.The service life of original carbody and the remaining service life of reinforced or repaired carbody are evaluated for the four key areas based on EN1999-1-3:2011 and BS7910:2005 standards.The evaluation results indicate that by implementing structural modifications,crack repair welding,reinforcement or repair of the cracked areas,the carbody service life can be extended.Using a two-dimensional evaluation method based on the two standards,the service life of original carbody is determined to be 26 years,while the remaining service life of reinforced or repaired carbody is estimated to be 9 years.
