摘要
首先验证了可以按照失效评定图对非典型含裂纹结构进行安全性评估;然后利用两种方法计算失效评定图横轴参数,第一种方法横轴参数基于结构承受载荷与塑性极限载荷之比,第二种方法横轴参数基于热点应力与屈服强度之比。对比两种方法计算的临界载荷,发现第二种方法计算结果更加保守,与第一种方法相对误差小于21%。引入修正公式后第二种方法与第一种方法计算结果相对误差小于0.5%。得出该结构失效评定图横轴参数可基于热点应力与屈服强度之比。
Firstly,it is verified that the safety of our research object can be evaluated according to the failure assessment diagram,and then two methods are used to calculate the parameters of the transverse axis of the failure assessment diagram.The first method bases upon the ratio of the structural load to the plastic collapse load,and the second method base upon the ratio of the hot spot stress to the yield strength.Comparing the critical loads calculated by the two methods,it is found that the results of the second method are more conservative,and the relative error between the two methods were less than 21%.The relative error between the results of the second method and the first method are less than 0.5%after introducing the modified formula.It concludes that the transverse axis parameters of the structure failure assessment chart can be based on the ratio of hot spot stress to yield strength.
