摘要
深刻理解和贯彻落实党的二十大提出的科学论断——中国式现代化的本质要求,是全党全国人民在未来相当长时期内的中心任务。从唯物主义视角分析:中国式现代化为何是独特的真理性存在——本质特征,何以落实中国式现代化所必需的价值性判断和价值性实践——本质要求,是哲学社会科学工作者的根本任务和共同目标。中国式现代化内在的必然性联系和质的规定性表现决定着中国式现代化的本质特征。确保中国式现代化行稳致远的质的规定性条件和必须遵守的实践准则是中国式现代化的本质要求。本质特征决定本质要求,本质要求是事物本质特征的外在化存在形式,二者共同推动中国式现代化行稳致远。唯有让中国式现代化本质特征和本质要求真正“哲学化”,才能更好地实现中国式现代化理性认知的大众化和世界化,才能更有效地把中国式现代化的理论智慧转化为中国特色社会主义事业的巨大物质力量。
A deep understanding and carrying out the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization,proposed by the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,is the long-term central task and strategic important work of the whole Party and people.From the perspective of materialism,it is the fundamental task and common goal of philosophy and social science workers to analyze why Chinese modernization has unique existence of truth,i.e.the essential characteristics,and how to implement the necessary value judgment and value practice of it,i.e.the essential requirement.The inherent inevitability of Chinese path to modernization and the qualitative prescriptive performance determine the essential characteristics of Chinese path to modernization.The essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization is the necessary condition and practice criterion to ensure the stability and long-term development of it.Essential characteristics determine essential requirements,which are externalized forms of things essential characteristics.Both of them jointly promote Chinese path to modernization stability as well as healthy development.Only by making the essential characteristics and essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization truly philosophical,can we better realize the popularization and globalization of rational cognition of it,and turn the theoretical its wisdom into a great material force for the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
