摘要
创新创业教育作为高职人才培养关键课程,当前存在以下现实问题,如:以理论知识为主,忽视价值引领;以短期指导为主,忽视长期跟踪;以个人价值为主,忽视社会价值;以指标评价为主,忽视实际效果等。基于新时代背景下,应通过构建创新创业教育价值体系、打造创新创业教育师生共同体、完善创新创业教育评价机制等,实现价值教育与创新创业教育深度融合,提升高职院校人才培养质量。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education,as a key course for talent training in higher vocational colleges,is currently dominated by such practical problems such as focusing on theoretical knowledge while ignoring value guidance;focusing on short-term guidance while ignoring long-term tracking;focusing on personal value and ignoring social value;focusing on index evaluation while neglecting actual effects,etc.Based on the background of the new era,we should realize the deep integration of value education and innovation and entrepreneurship education and improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges by building a value system for innovation and entrepreneurship education,creating a community of teachers and students in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and improving the evaluation mechanism for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
